The Philadelphia International All-Stars featuring; Billy Paul, Lou Rawls, Archie Bell, Teddy Pendergrass, Dee Dee Sharp Gamble, The Three Degrees, Harold Melvin, The Intruders and Eddie Levert and Walter Williams of The O'Jays, in 1977, on the album "Let's Clean Up the Ghetto". The song Let's Clean Up the Ghetto reached #91 on the Pop chart and #4 on the Soul chart. All proceeds from the album and single went toward a program to benefit inner-cities throughout the U.S.
